Training

Training your teams keep using after I leave.

Institutional communication, advocacy, facilitation, change management: courses built on your real cases. Andragogy and instructional design as the foundation, hands-on practice as the method.

Training fields

Four audiences, four ways of working.

Format and content change with the audience: a municipality, a cooperative, a group of young people and a cultural institution do not need the same thing.

Method

Instructional design comes before facilitation.

01

Diagnostic

Frame the objectives, the audience, their starting level and the constraints of the organisation commissioning the work.

02

Design

Build a course that fits: content, exercises, materials and pace.

03

Delivery and handover

Run the session or workshop, and equip participants so they can reuse what they have learned on their own.

Scope of the offer

A different offer from one-to-one coaching.

Training is for groups, teams or whole organisations. It aims at transferring skills and methods, not just sharing information.

It differs from one-to-one coaching, which focuses on a single person, and from advisory work, which delivers a strategy or a specific output for an organisation.

Content, length and format are adapted to the audience, the context and the objectives of the organisation commissioning the work.
