Running complex international programmes
Large programmes, multi-stakeholder ecosystems, donor requirements: holding a coherent line when ministries, operators, funders and affected communities do not read the same project.
Assignments & case studies
International cooperation, public affairs, civil society, creative industries, infrastructure: assignments where communication had to produce a decision. Each case sets out the role held, the choices made, what was built and what the project taught.
Each case sets out my role, the choices made, what was produced and what the project taught.

Organisations change, so do sectors. What recurs from one project to the next are four ways of carrying a file all the way through.
Large programmes, multi-stakeholder ecosystems, donor requirements: holding a coherent line when ministries, operators, funders and affected communities do not read the same project.
Training elected officials, giving an institution’s communication a clear line, supporting a local authority going digital: turning a reform or a digital project into a practice teams actually adopt.
Handing over methods and tools that outlive the assignment, so organisations carry their own voice instead of depending on a supplier.
Teaching toolkits, platforms, institutional content: shaping dense legal or technical information so the people it targets actually use it.
Some organisation names and operational details are deliberately simplified. References and letters of recommendation available on request.
Deliverables
Toolkits, plain-language legal guides, teaching kits, advocacy campaigns: materials designed to be used in the field, not to sit in a report.
